  • Take the hooks out if you can — it's the one job that's much easier at your end than ours.
  • Old curtains that have been hanging in strong sun can be fragile in the folds. Tell us and we'll treat them gently.
  • Blackout linings and rubberised backings need care, so flag them when you order.
